Compatibility
Our themes are designed to function properly with a clean install of WordPress 4.0 and higher. We do not guarantee that our themes will work together with any third-party plugins or any modifications you made to the original theme files.
Browser Compatibility
Our themes have been tested to work on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Support
Theme Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
We will check the support forums daily. But please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours.
Theme Support is provided only on the Email and Support Forum. We do not give any support via Comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means.
Refund policy
Since our products are non-tangible digital goods, we issue refunds case by case basis only. The refund has to be processed within 15 days of the purchase order. We will be happy to answer any questions regarding our products before purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. Use the contact section to send us your questions.

Photos Copyright Info
When viewing the theme demos you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images and also can be used by you. None of our themes come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos have GPL licensed as well as stock photography and can be used accordingly.

Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
